Merrimack Friends and Families, a social and service organization, has made a donation of $1,000 to the Merrimack Public Library. This donation will support the many children’s programs that are offered at the library.
“I know I sound like a broken record, but it truly is MFF’s first priority to give back to the community. It prides us to donate a portion of our charitable funds to the Merrimack Public Library,” said Jill Mitchell, Co-President of Merrimack Friends & Families.
The library offers many programs to the community throughout the year. This summer the library is offering both a children’s and teen’s reading challenge along with other wonderful events. The library also serves as a meeting place for many organizations and also has partnerships with many groups from the community.
