Merrimack Halloween Party - Tonight Friday Oct 23rd

23RD ANNUAL
The 23rd Annual Halloween Party which will be held on Friday, October 23rd from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Wasserman Park. Sponsored by the Parks & Recreation Department and the Merrimack Police Departmentand assisted by a number of other organizations and volunteers. This year’s event will feature a night of FREE activities including a costume contest, goodie bags, games, face painting, music with DJ Darren Roy, a Pumpkin Carving Demonstration with carving expert and resident Jim Flis, Halloween Stories with the Merrimack Public Library and much more.

*DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL; THE HAUNTED HOUSE PUT ON BY THE HIGH SCHOOL ROBOTICS TEAM HAS BEEN CANCELLED. WE STILL HAVE LOTS OF OTHER GREAT EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES BEING PLANNED.

Activities currently scheduled include:

• Costume Contest (Ages 0 -4 at 6:00 pm; 5 - 7 at 6:20 pm and 8+ at 6:40 pm)
  
• Popcorn, Apple Cider and Pumpkin Decorating with Merrimack Police Department and Merrimack Crimeline
  
• Free Glow sticks from Merrimack Parks & Recreation
  
• Free Yogurt from Stonyfield Farms
  
• Games, Face Painting and Carved Pumpkin Display with Merrimack Girl Scouts
  
• Games with Kindercare Learning Centers
  
• Games with Merrimack High School Interact Club
  
• Games and mascot with Launch Trampoline Park
  
• Photo Booth & Food for Sale with Merrimack Friends & Families
  
• Pumpkin Carving Demonstration by master carver Jim Flis
  
• Halloween Stories with Merrimack Public Library
  
• Martial Arts Activity with the Independent Karate School
  
• Bake sale with the Merrimack High School Leo’s Club
