Merrimack High School Top 10 For 2026: Tohkey Kostar, No. 6

MERRIMACK, NH — I am grateful for the support of my family, friends, and teachers throughout my high school journey.

During high school, I challenged myself academically by taking five AP courses, and I especially enjoyed my math classes. I am excited to continue my education at the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), where I received a Computing Award Scholarship and plan to pursue the accelerated cybersecurity program.

Outside the classroom, I enjoyed participating in Ski Club, where I snowboarded and challenged myself to learn advanced tricks and improve my skills. I also participated in the Outing Club and enjoyed hiking and spending time outdoors with my peers.

In my free time, I enjoy fishing, skateboarding, and playing video games. Throughout high school, I also gained valuable work experience while working at Dunkin’ Donuts and currently at Taco Bell, where I developed strong teamwork and customer service skills.

I am thankful for the memories, friendships, and experiences I gained during high school, and I look forward to the opportunities and challenges ahead as I begin the next chapter of my academic journey in cybersecurity.
