Merrimack High School Top 10: Caila Scully, No. 7

Caila would like to thank all her coaches and teachers who have helped her grow as a person and who continued to challenge her at MHS.

MERRIMACK, NH — Caila Scully is grateful to be ranked seventh in the class of 2023.

At MHS, Caila was a part of National Honor Society and Math National Honor Society and was a three-sport varsity athlete, playing soccer, where she was a captain for two years, and running indoor and outdoor track.

Academically, Caila excelled in all of her classes, taking all Honors and AP classes in a wide variety of subjects including Legal Studies, AP Physics, and AP Spanish. One of her fondest memories of her time at MHS is the trip to Costa Rica during her Senior year with the AP Spanish class.

Caila would like to thank all her coaches and teachers who have helped her grow as a person and who continued to challenge her throughout her years at MHS.

Outside of high school, Caila works as a waitress at Sweet Ginger and spends most of her time playing club soccer for FC Stars NH where her team has attended Nationals the past two years. She also helps the Merrimack Youth Soccer Association as a referee and has coached youth travel soccer teams for the past four years.

Caila plans to continue her academic career at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where she will continue playing soccer and study Aerospace Engineering.
