Merrimack Man Accused Of Indecent Exposure And Lewdness In Local Parks
Devin Hardy was arrested on two counts earlier this month after police and other agencies received complaints for several months.

MERRIMACK, NH — A man from Merrimack was arrested on indecent exposure and lewdness charges after being accused of flashing his genitals in public parks.
Devin Hardy, 24, of Newton Street in Merrimack was arrested on Aug. 11 on two counts. He was released on $5,000 cash bail and is due in court for arraignment on Sept. 12.
According to police, police received several complaints in “multiple jurisdictions” connected to a man visiting local parks and exposing himself or manipulating his genitals in a lewd manner in public view, Sgt. Brandon Gagnon of the Merrimack Police Department said. Several agencies have “handled similar complaints over the past several months,” he said.

On Aug. 7, police were sent to Wildcat Falls for a report of a man exposing himself as people were passing by him. Hardy, Gagnon said, was identified as the suspect. A warrant was issued and he was arrested a few days later.
