Merrimack Man Allegedly Flees Accident Scene
The following arrest information was provided by the Merrimack Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Michael Tucci, 21, of 125 Baboosic Lake Road, Merrimack, was charged on Thursday, Aug. 9, with conduct after an accident, negligent driving, obstructing the report of a crime and simple assault, stemming from a June 12 acciden't in which Tucci was allegedly involved.
According to Merrimack Police, on Aug. 9, around 1 a.m., Manchester Police arrested Tucci on an active warrant out of Merrimack for the offenses of conduct after an accident, negligent driving, obstructing the report of a crime and simple assault.
The warrant stemmed from an incident on June 12, when policed were called to the area of Joppa Road and Knowllwood Drive for a single motor-vehicle crash around 1:43 a.m. Police found a 1996 Acurca Integra with damage to the front end from a town sign. A witness told police Tucci was trying to drive away from the scene but the car was hung up on the street sign.

“The witness offered his assistance and told Tucci that he would call the police for help. Tucci then grabbed the witnesses’ arm and tried to grab his cell phone to prevent the phone call to the police. He then fled the crash scene before the police arrived, according to a press release from the Merrimack Police Department.
Tucci was placed on $3,500 personal recognizance bail and is ordered to appear in the 9th Circuit Court in Merrimack on Aug. 29 to answer to the charges.

Also arrested recently were:
Matthew Hough, 17, of Merrimack, was charged with criminal mischief. On Sunday, Aug. 5, police say they were called to Scott Drive at 10:20 p.m. for report of an out of control teenager. Upon arrival, Hough was not present at the home, but police learned he had allegedly damaged property in the home. Hough turned himself in and was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail. He was scheduled to appear before the 9th Circuit Court in Merrimack on Aug. 8 to answer the charge.
John Paul Bisset, 26, of 33 Brienne Drive, Merrimack, was charged on Monday, Aug. 6, with operating under the influence of liquor/driving while intoxicated – liquor. Police say they responded to Joppa Road and Donovan Court at 2:14 a.m. For a report of a single-car accident. Officers say they located a vehicle off the roadway and into a tree with Bisset still seated in the vehicle, uninjured. While questioning Bisset about the accident, police noted signs of impairment and placed him under arrest. Bisset was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear before the 9th Circuit Court in Merrimack on Aug. 29th, 2012, to answer to the charge.
Jonathan Norris, 29, of 1 Ronisa Ave., Litchfield, charged with operating after suspension a second offense, operating with a suspended registration and operating without a valid icense. Police say on Aug. 4, they stopped a motorist around 8 p.m. on Daniel Webster Highway near Front Street for a speeding violation. Norris's driver's license had been suspended on a previous conviction for the same violation. Norris’s registrations were also under suspension. He was released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear before the 9th Circuit Distrct Court in Merrimack on Aug. 22, to answer to the charges.
