Merrimack Man Arrested on Domestic Violence Charges
Police arrested Dale Colburn last night after an incident on Brookside Drive where he allegedly assaulted a family member.

MERRIMACK, NH — A local man was arrested on charges last night alleging he assaulted a family member, according to police. Dale Colburn, 42, of Brookside Drive, was arrested on Dec. 21, 2016, on two counts of domestic violence.

Police were sent to the home for a possible domestic disturbance at just before 9:30 p.m., according to Sgt. Eric Marquis of the Merrimack Police Department. When they arrived, they conducted an investigation into the reported disturbance and arrested Colburn.

Marquis alleged, “Colburn assaulted a family member during an argument at the residence.”
Colburn was processed and released on $3,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in court on Dec. 29.
