Merrimack Man Arrested on Driving Charges
Police arrest Justin Bailey on the Daniel Webster Highway.

A local man was arrested on various driving charges after police allegedly found him acting suspiciously.
Justin Bailey, 19, of Shelburne Road in Merrimack, was arrested on Sept. 20, 2015, for operating with suspended registration, operating after suspension, and proof of financial responsibility.

According to police, at around 9:40 a.m., an officer on the Daniel Webster Highway saw a vehicle operator “acting in a suspicious manner by ducking down as he passed the officer.”
The officer ran the vehicle’s plates and found that they were suspended. The vehicle was stopped and the driver, Bailey, was allegedly found to have a suspended license and no proof of insurance. He was arrested and later, released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail. Bailey is due in court on Oct. 8.
