Merrimack Man Arrested on Drug Dealing Charge

Nashua Police arrest Robert Delgado along with six others in drug sweep of the Gate City.

NASHUA, NH - A local man was arrested yesterday for allegedly dealing heroin in Nashua, according to a press statement.

Robert Delgado, 57, of Thornton Road in Merrimack, was arrested on April 28, 2016, on one count of acts prohibited: sale of a controlled drug (heroin), a felony.

Delgado was arrested after members of the Nashua Police Department’s Narcotics Intelligence Division, Problem Oriented Policing Unit and Traffic Unit conducted a Combined Drug Impact Initiative, arresting seven individuals were arrested for various drug crimes.

Delgado refused bail to be set after his arrest and was arraigned this morning 9th Circuit District Court.

Residents of Nashua, Derry, and Tyngsboro, MA, were also arrested in the sweep, according to Nashua NH Patch.
