Merrimack Man Arrested in Londonderry
James Russell was arrested on a warrant while driving on Rockingham Road.
LONDONDERRY, NH — James Russell, 31, pictured upper left, of Canterbury Way in Merrimack, was arrested at 8:33 p.m. on Feb. 14, 2017, on a warrant and a use of mobile electronic devices while driving charge. He was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Rockingham Road at the Red Arrow Diner.
