The next day, police were sent to a local hotel for a report of a man in a parking lot damaging a motorcycle. After investigating the issue, police found out that Robertson, the suspect, didn’t own the motorcycle, and issued a warrant for his arrest.
Robertson was arrested the next day. A breach charge was added since he was out on bail due to the DWI charge. Robertson was released again and given an arraignment date in Merrimack District Court of Nov. 21.
