Merrimack Man Charged in Dog Theft
Police say Anthony Guilmette took ex-girlfriend's dog and refused to give it back.
Merrimack Police charged a resident with theft by unauthorized taking for taking his ex-girlfriend's dog and refusing to give it back.
Anthonyy Guilmette, 25, of 199 Indian Rock Road, Merrimack, was arrested Tuesday, just after 10 a.m., charged with the theft of his ex-girlfriend's chihuahua. Police say they found Guilmette walking the dog at his condo complex when they went to execute the warrant.
He was released on $500 personal recognizance bail and ordered to appear in Merrimack's District Court on Jan. 31.
