"Dementia knows no boundaries," said Bergin. "Our society desperately needs to appreciate that we can help in the fight to end Alzheimer's."

Bergin hopes to mobilize the town of Merrimack on June 20th to raise awareness and funds by setting up hot dog stands throughout the town. With the help of the Knights of Columbus and Bergin's local church, Our Lady of Mercy, they hope to sell 1,000 hot dogs at three in town locations.
