Merrimack, Milford Men Arrested in Amherst

AMHERST, NH — Kyle Burgess, 21, of Milford, was arrested at 2:45 a.m. on Nov. 27, 2016, on charges of driving after suspension and driving after suspension of registration of vehicle. Burgess was released on $1,500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Dec. 15, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

Sean Lynch, 24, of Merrimack, was arrested at 10:35 p.m. on Nov. 28, 2016, on charges of reckless operation, possession of a controlled drug and transportation of a controlled drug. Lynch was released on $2,500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Dec.15, 2016, at the Milford District Court.
