Merrimack Police Find Brookline Man Asleep in Running Car
James Halloran charged with operating under the influence after police found him pulled off the side of the Merrimack 360 Plaza parking lot.
MERRIMACK, NH — Merrimack Police arrested a Brookline man early Friday morning and charged with him with drunk driving after police found him asleep in his running car with the lights on in the Merrimack 360 Plaza. Police said shortly after midnight they found James Halloran in a car pulled into the brush off the paved portion of the lot.
After a field sobriety test, Halloran was charged with operation under the influence of alcohol. He was released on personal recognizance at the Merrimack Police Department and is scheduled to appear in the 9th District Court in Merrimack on Sept. 26.
