Merrimack Teen Arrested for Punching Another

MERRIMACK, NH — Steven Boulia, 54, of Naticook Road, was charged with domestic-related simple assault on May 13. Police responded to a residence on Naticook Road for an altercation outside where they say they determined Boulia had assaulted another household member by slapping them across the face. He was transported to the Merrimack Police station where booked on the charges. He was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail and ordered to appear in the Ninth Circuit District Court in Merrimack on May 15.

Cheryl Johnson, 38, of 2 Gage Road Merrimack, was charged with DWI – OUIL (liquor) on May 18. At 3:37 p.m., Merrimack Police responded to the area of 25 Hillside Terrace for a report of a car accident with property damage. Police say a vehicle had exited the roadway and collided with bushes and rocks on the property. While questioning witnesses and speaking with Johnson, the operator, about the accident, police say they noted signs of alcohol impairment. Upon further investigation, it was determined Johnson was intoxicated. She was arrested and placed on $750 personal recognizance bail and ordered to appear in the Ninth Circuit District Court in Merrimack on July 10 to answer to the charge.

Renee Roy Age, 47, of 37 Greatstone Drive, Merrimack, was charged with driving while intoxicated and highway markings on May 20. Police say they were called to a domestic-related disturbance and upon arrival, learned Roy had left the residence after drinking alcohol. She was located shortly thereafter and arrested. She was placed on $750 personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear in the Ninth Circuit District Court in Merrimack on July 10 to answer to the charges.

On May 12, at 12:37 a.m., Merrimack Police responded to the area of Franconia Drive for the report of suspicious motor vehicles. Upon their arrival, police located a bonfire on Franconia Drive. Once police spoke to those involved it was determined seven minors at the fire had just consumed alcohol. They were all placed in protective custody and transported to the police station where they were processed and later released to their parents.

On May 11 at 5:53 p.m., police responded to a residence on Bigwood Drive for a domestic dispute. Upon their arrival police conducted a brief investigation and placed a 15-year-old female under arrest for assaulting another household member. She was transported to the Merrimack Police Department where she was processed. She will face the charge of simple assault in juvenile court at a later date.
