Merrimack Teens Arrested on Drug, Assault Charges
The following arrest information was provided by the Merrimack Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

A Merrimack teen was faces domestic assault and possession of alcohol charges after police say they witnessed him push a family member when they were called to his home for a domestic disturbance.
Stephen Tolland, 17, of Ellie Drive, was arrested on Aug. 28 at 11:48 p.m. for domestic simple assault and internal possession of alcohol. Police say they were called to a residence on Ellie Drive for a verbal argument between Tolland and another family member, but upon their arrival, they were informed the teen had left on foot.
While checking the area, police say they found him outside the residence and when they approached him, he ran inside. It was then that police say another altercation ensued and they witnessed him push a family member. While speaking with Tolland following the incident, police say they noticed signs of intoxication and arrested him on the pair of charges.

He was held overnight at the Hillsborough County House of Correction on $3,000 cash bail that he was unable to post and arraigned in the 9th Circuit District Division Court in Merrimack on Aug. 29.

Heather Schaitel, 25, of 128 Loudon Road, Apt. 15R, Concord, for being a habitual offender, operating after suspension – a second offense and on an electronic bench warrant out of Concord. Schaitel was arrested Aug. 27, at 9:38 p.m. after being stopped on Premium Outlets Boulevard for an unsafe speed. Police say the officer who stopped her learned her license was under suspension and that she'd been deemed habitual offender by the New Hampshire Director of Motor Vehicles. It was also learned Schaitel had an active electronic bench warrant out of the Concord Court for nonpayment of fines.
Schaitel was arrested on the charges and notified of the warrant. She was placed on $750 cash/surety bail for the motor vehicle charges in Merrimack. The Concord Court set the EBW bail at $695 cash the for the amount of the fines she owed to the court. She was unable to post the bail and was transported to the Hillsborough County House of Correction until her arraignment at the 9th Circuit District Division Court in Merrimack on Aug. 28.
Wesley Hall, 23, of 120 Coliseum Ave, Nashua was charged with operating under the influence of liquor. On Aug. 30, police say they received a report of a vehicle all over Daniel Webster Highway in the area of Pine Street. Police stopped the car as it was turning right on Front Street and while talking with Hall, the driver, determined he was intoxicated. Hall was transported back to the Merrimack Police Department where he was processed and later released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail. He is scheduled to appear in the 9th Circuit District Division Court in Merrimack on Sept. 27.
Stephen Pierce Jr, 18, of 6 Timber Lane, Merrimack, was charged over the weekend for possession of a controlled drug/M.D.M.A. Police were call on Saturday, Sept. 1 to a vacant home at 30 Woodland Drive that had people in the backyard. On the arrival of police found four male subjects sitting in the screened in porch. One of the four was the previous tenant of the house. When police spoke with one of the other individuals, Pierce, he was found to have a small amount of the drug M.D.M.A., commonly known as ecstasy in his possession. Pierce was arrested at the scene and brought to the police station to be processed. He was released on $750 personnel recognizance bail and is expected to appear in the 9th Circuit District Division Court in Merrimack on Sept. 4.
Michael Robidoux, 18, of 14 Fox Meadow Lane, Merrimack, was arrested on Friday, Aug. 31, on drug charges following a stop for an equipment violation. Police say they stopped a vehicle on Naticook Road for an equipment violation. During the traffic stop police allegedly found him in possession of what was believed to marijuana. Robidoux was released the 9th Circuit District Division Court in Merrimack on Sept. 4.
