Merrimack Teen Faces Alcohol Charge

Two due in court next week after partying on Fisherville Road.

Two teenage girls are due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court next week on multiple counts of alcohol possession.

Keirsten A. Gadwah, 17, of Concord, received a summons at 4 a.m. on Oct. 20 on two counts of unlawful possession of alcohol at an apartment on 120 Fisherville Road.

Police allege that she was in possession of a 1.75 liter bottle of Skyy Vodka, a 1.75 liter bottle of Zhenka Raspberry Vodka, and a 750 ml bottle of Jagermeister.

Also due in court is Sapphire Barrows, 17, of Merrimack, who was issued a summons at 4:56 a.m. on Oct. 20 on one count of unlawful possession of alcohol at the same apartment.

Previously, Gadwah was arrested in May for an alcohol charge and again in August on a simple asasult charge. She was also charged with false report to an officer.

Both Gadwah and Barrows are due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Nov. 19.
