Merrimack Teens Arrested for Damaging Field

Two teens turned themselves into police earlier this week on criminal mischief warrants.

Timothy L’Heureux, 17, (pictured left), of Harwich Court in Merrimack, and Name: Tyler Signer, 19, Greenwich Drive in Merrimack, were arrested on Dec. 3, on criminal mischief charges.

According to police, on Nov. 26, at around 11:15 p.m., officers were called to a report of vehicles driving in Veterans Park, “driving erratically and doing donuts on the baseball field.” While inspecting the field, police found significant damage to both the infield and outfield.

Both were charged and released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail. They are due in court on Dec. 30.

If convicted, both could spend a year in jail and/or be fined $2,000 each.

According to posts on Patch, Signer was involved in an accident around this time last year and in September 2013.
