Merrimack Woman Allegedly Stole Guest's Drugs
Stephanie Mann is expected to be in court next month on theft, prescription charges.

MERRIMACK, NH - A local woman, according to police, is scheduled to be arraigned in court in February on numerous charges relating to stolen medications.
Stephanie Mann, 39, of Middlesex Road in Merrimack, was arrested on Dec. 26, 2015, on two counts of theft by unauthorized taking and two counts of possession of prescription medication without prescription.

According to police, officers were sent to a condo on Middlesex Road where two guests staying at the residence reported missing medication, specifically Percocet prescriptions, from their belongings.
Police spoke to Mann, who lives in the home, and allegedly found her to be in possession of the drugs. She later allegedly admitted to taking the meds without permission, according to police.

Mann was arrested, charged, and released on personal recognizance bail. She’s due in court on Feb. 4.
Back in 2013, according to a post on Merrimack Patch, Mann was arrested, along with two other women, by New Hampshire State Police, for doctor shooping.
