Merrimack Woman Arrested on Assault, Vandalism Charges
Sarah Moulton was charged after an alleged domestic violence incident on Brenda Lane.

MERRIMACK, NH — A local woman was arrested on charges earlier this month on domestic charges after an alleged assault incident on Brenda Lane, according to police. Sarah Moulton, 26, of Brenda Lane in Merrimack, was arrested on Nov. 4, 2016, for domestic violence and criminal mischief.

The department reported earlier this month that officers were sent to the home for a domestic disturbance in progress, according to Sgt. Eric Marquis of the Merrimack Police Department.

“Upon officers arrival an investigation was conducted and as a result of the investigation Sarah Moulton was placed under arrest for domestic violence,” Marquis alleged. “Moulton allegedly assaulted the victim, and damaged some of their property during an argument.”
Moulton was arrested and released on personal recognizance bail and reportedly had a court date on Nov. 8.
