Merrimack Woman Arrested On Trespass Charge

Sarah Vaskelionis allegedly entered a residence without permission, according to police.

MERRIMACK, NH — A local woman was in court last month on a trespass charge, according to police. Sarah Vaskelionis, 35, of Merrimack, was arrested on June 25, 2017, for criminal trespass. According to Sgt. Gregory Walters of the Merrimack Police Department, police were sent to a local address for a report of a woman entering a residence without having permission to do so.

“On the arrival of officers they came in contact with the above, Sarah Vaskelionis,” Walters alleged. “Earlier in the evening, Vaskelionis was given a trespass warning at the residence and ordered not to return to the residence. Vaskelionis was arrested and released on personal recognizance bail. She was scheduled to be arraigned in court on July 27.

Previously, according to reports on Patch, Vaskelionis was arrested DWI and simple assault in March 2013, and then again for simple assault, resisting arrest and breach of bail conditions a few days later.
