Merrimack Woman Charged After Crash

Police allege that Mackenzie Amigo failed to give her information to another driver.

A local woman is facing a charge after an accident last week on Continental Boulevard.

Mackenzie Amigo, 21, of Arbor Street in Merrimack, was arrested on Feb. 14, on a conduct after an accident charge.

According to police, on Feb. 9, Amigo was reportedly driving her Hyundai Santa Fe on the road when she was involved in an accident.

“Amigo failed to stop and provide her information to the other driver, nor did she report the accident to the police,” according to Master Police Officer John Dudash of the Merrimack Police Department.

Police investigated the matter and issued a warrant for her arrest. She was charged and released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail. Amigo is due in court on March 3.
