Merrimack Zoning Board Meets Tonight

Meeting is at Town Hall at 7 p.m.

The town Zoning Board of Adjustment meets tonight at 7 to consider the following petitions, according to the agenda:

  • Timothy R. & Sarah J. Lewis (Petitioner/owner), for a special exception to permit an accessory dwelling unit at 200 Baboosic Lake Road.
  • Thomas F. & Jeannette T. Worcester (Petitioner/owner), for a variance to permit the construction of a 24-foot by 32-foot garage within 10 feet of the side property line, whereas 15 feet is required, at 34 Bean Road.
  • History Framed LLC (Petitioner) and Lumitron LLC (Owner), for variances to permit a retail use in the industrial and "aquifer conservation" districts, located at Riverside Business Park, 25 Depot St.
  • Edward & Cheryl Keeler (Petitioner/owner), for equitable waiver of dimensional requirements to allow a pool filter and heater to remain within 2 feet of a proposed lot line, whereas 12 feet is required in the residential district, located at 316 Baboosic Lake Road
  • dlb's Flip City Inc. (Petitioner) and Lumitron LLC (Owner), for variances to permit a commercial gym (for cheer-tumbling instruction) in the industrial and "aquifer conservation" districts, located at Riverside Business Park, 33 Depot St.
