Merrimack Zoning Board Meets Tonight

The Merrimack Zoning Board of Adjustment is scheduled to meet tonight at 7 in the Town Hall meeting room.

The board agenda includes:

• Sean Fagan, petitioner, requests variance to permit construction of a 24-foot by 30-foot garage to within 10 feet of the side yard property lines, whereas 15 feet is required. The property is at 10 Beaver Brook Drive.

• Paul and Karen Tousignant, petitioners, request variance to permit construction of a 24-foot by 32-foot garage to within 2 feet of the side yard property line, whereas 15 feet is required. The property is located at 2 Mill St.
