Merrimack's New, Approved Senate District
The governor signed into law the Senate redistricting plan. Here's what it looks like.
Senate Bill 201, which Gov. John Lynch signed into law Friday, modifies the state Senate district that took effect in 2004.
With the signing of the bill, Merrimack officially departs Senate district 9 for Senate district 11.
The district includes just four towns: Merrimack, Amherst, Milford and Wilton, which makes Merrimack the largest community in its new district.
