MHS and Dover Tied 1-1 After the Half
First round of tournament play for the Tomahawks is under way at home.
The boys varsity soccer team and Dover High School are tied 1-1 in the first round of tournament play for the two teams.
Tomahawks senior Anders Dahl struck first, scoring during the first half. Dover returned a goal within the first couple minutes of play during the second half, which is underway now.
Coming into the tournament as the six seed, the Tomahawks lost to Dover High School (11) during their regular-season game.

The teams were meant to meet on Thursday evening, but cold, rainy weather pushed the game to this afternoon. The winner of the contest will move on to play Pinkerton Academy (3) at the school's Derry campus on Sunday at 3 p.m.
Merrimack is 7-8-1 on the season and Dover is 7-9-0.
