Milford Man Arrested on Driving Charges

Merrimack Police: Justin Bergeron was previously convicted of operating after suspension.

MERRIMACK, NH - A local man was arrested this morning on driving charges in Merrimack after being arrested on the Daniel Webster Highway.

Justin Bergeron, 39, of Quarry Circle in Milford, was arrested on Dec. 18, 2015, and charged with operating after suspension, second offense, and operating without financial responsibility.

At just before 1:30 a.m. this morning, police stopped a vehicle on the DW Highway for an equipment violation, according to a report.

The driver – Bergeron – had a suspended license and was arrested. Police later learned that he was previously convicted of operating after suspension and the charge was elevated to a second offense. He was processed and released on personal recognizance bail.

Bergeron is due in court on Feb. 4, 2016.
