Milford Man Arrested for OUI in Merrimack

Police allege that Corey Beyer blew through a red light on the Daniel Webster Highway on Thursday night.

MERRIMACK, NH — A local man is due in court later this month after allegedly drunk driving in Merrimack, according to police. Corey Beyer, 42, of Johnson Street in Milford, was arrested on Feb. 2, 2017, for operating under the influence of liquor.

According to police, an officer at just before 11:45 p.m. on Thursday reportedly saw a black Dodge pickup truck drive through a red light while traveling south on the Daniel Webster Highway.

“The vehicle was stopped a short time later and upon speaking with the operator, identified as Corey Beyer, signs of impairment were observed,” according to Lt. Dean KillKelley of the Merrimack Police Department. “After a brief investigation, Beyer was arrested for OUIL.”

Beyer was processed and released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in court on Feb. 16.
