Milford Woman Arrested On OUI Charges In Merrimack

Alleged speeding and erratic operation on Route 101A on Friday morning led to charges against Jessica Plant.

MERRIMACK, NH — A local woman was arrested on Friday morning on drunk driving charges after a traffic stop, according to police. Jessica Plant, 23, of Union Street in Milford, was arrested on Aug. 11, 2017, on OUIL/DWI-Liquor and OUIL/DWI-Aggravated Per Se charges. At just after 1:30 a.m., an officer stopped a motor vehicle on Route 101A for allegedly “speeding and erratic operation,” according to Lt. Theodore Dillon of the Merrimack Police Department.

“The operator was identified as Jessica Plant,” Dillon stated. “During his interaction with Plant, the officer noticed signs of intoxication and impairment. Plant was transported to headquarters, processed, and released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail. She is due in court on Aug. 15.
