MYA Wrestler takes gold in All Girls Tournament
Ivey Johnson represents well in Salem, MA
The Merrimack Youth Wrestling Program sent one wrestler to compete in the Girls Only K-8 Youth and 9-12 High School Wrestling Championships in Salem, MA on February 6, 2016 . Individual results were as follows:
Third grader, Ivey Johnson came in first place in her bracket and third overall with one pin on the day. Johnson fell in her second match by a mere one point against a girl that outweighed her by 30 pounds.
