Nashua Man Arrested on Driving Charge
Merrimack Police arrest Lawrence Sprague on the Daniel Webster Highway for operating with a suspended license.

MERRIMACK, NH - A local man will be in court next month for allegedly driving with a suspended license for the second time, according to police.
Lawrence Sprague, 30, of Pearl Street in Nashua, was arrested on Dec. 29, 2015, for operating after suspension-second offense.

According to police, an officer stopped a Toyota Corolla on the Daniel Webster Highway at around 5 p.m. for a motor vehicle infraction. The officer spoke to the driver – Sprague – and quickly learned that he had a suspended license in Massachusetts. The officer then arrested him.
At police headquarters, the officer learned that Sprague had been previously convicted in Manchester District Court of operating after suspension so the charge was elevated to second offense.

Sprague was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail and is due in court on Feb. 4.
