Before they arrived, the vehicle left and headed east on Industrial Dive. The officer later located the vehicle near the outlets and made a traffic stop for an equipment violation.

“It was at this time that the driver of the vehicle was identified as the above Dylin Bohan,” Tarleton noted. “While speaking with Bohan, it was learned that he did not possess a valid driver’s license and that his driving privileges had been suspended (operating without proof of financial responsibility) for a default on a court summons in 2014.”

Bohan was then arrested and released on personal recognizance bail. He’s due in court on Aug. 4.

In July 2015, according to Nashua Police, the former honors student was arrested on seven simple assault charges after an alleged incident in the city.
