Nashua Man Arrested In Merrimack For Aggravated DWI
Police: Jonathan Snyder was arrested after allegedly crashing into a guardrail on Bedford Road.

MERRIMACK, NH — A local man was arrested last weekend after a crash in Merrimack, according to police. Jonathan Snyder, 27, of D Street in Nashua, was arrested on Jan. 7, 2018, for aggravated DWI, DWI, DWI per se, possession of marijuana, and open container violation. At just before 4 a.m. on Sunday morning for a report of an erratic driver that had left the Everett Turnpike near Exit 12 onto Bedford Road, according to Sgt. Richard McKenzie of the Merrimack Police Department.

“Responding officers located a vehicle that crashed into the guardrail at that location,” McKenzie alleged. “Officers made contact with the operator, identified as Jonathan Snyder, who showed signs of impairment. After a brief investigation, Snyder was arrested for DWI.”

After being charged, more charges were added. He was processed and released on personal recognizance bail. He was scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 11.
