Nashua Man Arrested for Theft
Merrimack Police: Timothy Mitchell allegedly stole more than $200 from a local business earlier this year.

A local man was arrested last week on a theft change from an incident in January, according to police.
Timothy L. Mitchell, 24, of Blacksmith Way in Nashua, was arrested at around 7 p.m. on March 21, 2015, on a theft by unauthorized taking charge.
According to a report, Mitchell was arrested on a warrant issued by police after an investigation into the theft of $203 in cash from a register at a local business on Jan. 15. Mitchell was arrested and processed, and released on personal recognizance bail. He’s due in Merrimack District Court on April 9.
