Nashua Man Bagged for Unlicensed Driving – Again: Cops
Merrimack Police arrested Jerson Jimenez-Cerda on Continental Boulevard yesterday. He was arrested in October 2015 for reckless operation.

MERRIMACK, NH — A local man was arrested for a second time for unlicensed driving, according to police. Jerson Jimenez-Cerda, 20, of Pine Street in Nashua, was arrested on April 5, 2017, for motor vehicle license required-second offense.

At just before 6:30 a.m. yesterday morning, police stopped a 2005 Nissan Maxima on Continental Boulevard for a report motor vehicle infraction, according to Sgt. Chris Spillane of the Merrimack Police Department.

“The officer spoke with the operator, identified as Jerson Jimenez-Cerda, who did not have a valid license from any state,” Spillane alleged.” The officer confirmed Jimenez-Cerda has never held a valid license and was subsequently arrested.”
Jimenez-Cerda was transported to headquarters for processing and released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail. He’s due in court on May 11.

According to Nashua Police, Jimenez-Cerda was arrested on conduct after an accident, reckless operation, and operating without a valid license charges in October 2015.
