“When the officer stopped to check his welfare, the operator was identified as Robert Kramer,” Cassell reported. “While speaking with Kramer, the officer noticed a doubled edge knife on the floor board under the driver’s seat. Kramer became argumentative and resisted the Officer’s requests and orders, to step out of the motor vehicle and away from the knife.”

Kramer was subsequently placed under arrest for resisting detention.
