“Investigators believe Oldro, who had asked to use an upstairs bathroom, instead made his way into a bedroom where he stole a loaded Glock 9 mm pistol,” Park alleged. “Merrimack Police conducted interviews of other individuals who were at the Merrimack home, which led them to Oldro. Because of the diligent work by criminal investigators, the stolen firearm was recovered.”

Oldro was arrested and held on $10,000 cash bail. He’s due in court on Feb. 15.
