Networking Event for Justices of the Peace in Tilton, NH

Food, Fun, Company and Terrific Conversations

New Hampshire JPs need to look no further than The Justice of the Peace Association (JPus) for connection with engaged couples – and professional networking with fellow officiants. The membership organization will host a networking event on Wednesday, September 11, 2019 from 5:30-7:30, at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites - Tilton.

“Creating in-person social events, for Granite State officiants to exchange ideas, brings our services to a new level,” says Loretta Jay, who leads the organization. “We pride ourselves on boutique-like services, providing professional development and nurturing opportunities for our members.”

The Justice of the Peace Association (www.JPus.org) connects JPs with couples, sets professional standards and advocates on members’ behalf. Its goal is to support secular marriage officiants with the performance of their duties. Couples can find their perfect marriage officiant at findaJP.com, the place for couples who click!

JPus believes in conducting responsible business, focusing on social good. “I love that we’re able to contribute to make our communities a little bit better,” Jay continued. “Focusing on wedding-related activities, of course.” JPus advocated on behalf of its membership this spring, when it successfully protected the state’s marriage laws by opposing a special marriage officiant bill.

“JPus is a presence and voice for professional JPs in New Hampshire,” says Merrimack JP Steven Dembow. It has an “effective www.findajp.com advertising website. We are fortunate to have such an organization working behind the scenes for us in to protect the integrity of our craft, and for allowing us to continue to provide the best proper professional service to the public.”
