Angela Costolo has been teaching yoga for over 14 years and has recently been certified in Barre exercise. She grew up with movement and dance in her life and as an adult it became a passion. She knows and understands with depth the effectiveness and benefits of a well-executed class. Her friendly and personable demeanor welcomes everyone and creates an environment that is comfortable in a class that is well rounded and fun!

Barre Body Yoga Classes

Barre fitness classes are sweeping the nation, and for good reason! Barre is a very effective strengthening, lengthening and toning class consisting of full body ballet-inspired exercises. It mixes elements of ballet, Pilates, yoga and functional training. The class is choreographed to motivating music and each class is an hour long full body strength workout focused on isometrics. You will improve your posture, your core strength and enhance mobility. This class is medium intensity and lower impact but still a great all over body workout. Consists of standing movements at the barre and light weight arm exercises (provided) and floor ab/mat Pilates. Don't worry if you have never participated in a dance, yoga or Pilates class- no experience is needed and leotards are not required! A minimum of 5 students will be needed for this class to be held.

Barre Body Session 1: Saturdays, September 24th – November 5th (no class on 10/22) – 6 week class Time: 9:00am – 10:00am

YOGA FLOW

Yoga Flow is a class for all levels consisting of postures that are linked together in creative flow that combines strength and flexibility while toning the body and clearing the mind. Students are encouraged to move at their own pace with intention and to listen to their bodies as they explore their own edge and discover inner strength. Mats and props can be provided as needed. Classes run one time per week for 6 weeks. A minimum of 5 students will be needed for this class to be held.
