NH Fugitive Wanted for Parole Violation

U.S. Marshals: John Wentworth was convicted of negligent homicide after 2010 fight that killed a man; NH DOC alleges he violated parole.

This week’s Fugitive of the Week is John Wentworth, 26, who is wanted on a parole violation by the New Hampshire Department of Corrections. The warrant was issued on May 21.

Wentworth is 5-feet, 8-inches tall and weighs about 240 lbs. He has brown hair, hazel eyes, and has medium skin tone.

According to Deputy U.S. Marshal Jeffrey White, Wentworth was convicted of negligent homicide after a 2010 fight in which the victim died as a result of the injuries. He was last known to live in Durham but has ties throughout southern New Hampshire.

If you know of the whereabouts or have observed a person that resembles Wentworth, please contact the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force, or your local police, White said in a statement. Do not attempt to apprehend him yourself.
