NH Women Arrested On Stolen Property Charges

​Kerri Nichols of Manchester and Cheryl Donlon of Nashua were arrested last week after an incident at the Premium Outlet Mall.

MERRIMACK, NH — Two local women were arrested last week on stolen property charges after an alleged incident at the Premium Outlet Mall, according to the Merrimack Police. Kerri Nichols, 39, pictured left, of Manchester, was arrested on June 7, 2017, on two counts of receiving stolen property. Also arrested was Cheryl J. Donlon, 56, of Nashua, for four counts of receiving stolen property, possession of a theft detection shielding device, and breach of bail.

At around 4:15 p.m. last Wednesday, police were sent to the Merrimack Premium Outlet Mall for a report of women possibly committing thefts, according to Sgt. Kenneth MacLeod of the Merrimack Police Department.

“Upon arrival, the investigating officers learned that there were thefts committed by the two women at several different stores located within the Merrimack Premium Outlet Mall,” he noted. “The officers were able to locate and identify the two women as Kerri Nichols and Cheryl Donlon.”

After an investigation into the incidents, both women were arrested and charged. Since Donlon was out on bail from April 21, after an incident in Nashua allegedly involving stolen items from Macy’s, a breach charge was added to her docket. Both women are due back in court on July 20.

According to reports online, Donlon is no stranger police. She was arrested in April after the Macy’s incident. In December 2011, while living in Milford, she was arrested for willful concealment. In January 2012, she was arrested in Nashua on a warrant and arrested again in February 2012, for shoplifting, according to a report on Patch.

Nichols, according to Nashua Police, was arrested in May 2016, for non-appearance in court. At the time, she was living in Hudson.
