Northfield Man Busted for OUI, Drugs
Merrimack Police: Paul St. Jean was pulled over for lane control issues.

Merrimack Police arrested Paul R. St. Jean, 36, of Northfield, and charged him with operating under the influence of liquor, second offense, and possession of controlled drugs, after a traffic stop on March 20, 2015.
According to a report, an officer on patrol observed a vehicle in front of him that was having lane control issues.
The officer pulled the vehicle over and made contact with the driver, St. Jean, who allegedly showed signs of intoxication. After a brief investigation, he was arrested.

Before it was towed from the scene, an inventory was taken of items in the vehicle and police allegedly found a small quantity of marijuana, so the drug charge was added.
“While at the station his motor vehicle license history was checked and it was learned that St. Jean had been previously convicted of OUIL in 2009,” according to Lt. Dean KillKelley of the Merrimack Police Department.

St. Jean was released on personal recognizance bail and is due in court on March 31.
