Windham High School teacher from Merrimack named Teacher of the Year.
Yesterday was a red-letter day for Windham High School science teacher Bethany Bernasconi. A morning assembly revealed a wonderful surprise for Bernasconi. She was named the New Hampshire Teacher of the Year. This picture was snapped as Bernasconi was clued in to what was happening, capturing the moment of surprise. Winning Teacher of the Year for the state puts Bernsaconi in the running for the national award. Congratulations, Bethany!
