Police Arrest Couple During Domestic Disturbance
The following information was provided by the Merrimack Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

A call for a domestic disturbance on Oct. 18 resulted in the arrest of both parties involved, police say.
responded to Cedar Lane where they alleged that Christopher Morganelli, 20, of Cedar Lane, Merrimack, assaulted Kailey Rowley, 19, also of Cedar Lane, during a verbal argument.
Morganelli was restricted from having any contact with Rowley due to bail conditions from a previous charge out of Concord's district court, police say, and was charged with simple assault and stalking.

Rowley was also arrested on a charge of criminal mischief for damaging Morganelli's car when she threw a rock at it during the argument.
Morganelli and Rowley were released on $800 and $750 personal recognizance bail respectively. They were both ordered to appear in Merrimack's district court on Nov. 8.

Merrimack Teen Charged With Possession, Transportation of Marijuana
A Merrimack teenager was arrested at 1:14 a.m. On drug charges after he was pulled over for a defective equipment violation.
Alex Twardosky, 18, of 32 Valleyview Drive, Merrimack, was charged with possession and transportation of a controlled drug – marijuana, police say. When Twardosky was stopped, police say the officer who pulled him over detected the odor of burnt marijuana in the vehicle. Twardosky was found to be in possession of the drug and was transported to Merrimack Police Department where he was booked and released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail.
He was ordered to appear in Merrimack's district court on Oct. 25.
Yellow Line Violation Leads to Drug and Alcohol Arrests
Joseph Lesonsky, 20, of 9 Merrymeeting Drive, Merrimack, was charged with operating under the influence of liquor and transportation of a controlled drug and Joseph Laudone, 22, of 4 Lovejoy Lane, Merrimack, was charged with possession of marijuana on Oct. 16 after Lesonsky was stopped for a yellow line violation.
Police say when they pulled Lesonsky over, they could smell alcohol on his breath and he was subsequently arrested. During the inventory of the vehicle when it was towed, police say they found marijuana and charged Laudone for possession.
Lesonsky and Laudone were released on $2,500 and $1,000 personal recognizance bail respectively. Each was ordered to appear in Merrimack's district court on Oct. 18.
Washington Man Turns Self on Felony Theft Charges
On Oct. 14, Brian Jensen, 52, of 284 Millen Pond Road, Washington, turned himself in on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking, a felony. Jensen had been under investigation by the Merrimack Police Department for the theft of flooring materials from a local contractor, authorities say.
Jensen was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and ordered to appear in Merrimack's District Court on Nov. 1.
