Police: Elderly Man Exposed Himself in Merrimack

A local man is due in court later this month for allegedly exposing his genitals to another person.

Roy Neuberger, 83, of Reeds Ferry Way in Merrimack, was arrested on July 15, 2015, and charged with indecent exposure/lewdness.

According to police, on Monday, July 13, a person was walking in the area of Reeds Ferry Way when they had an encounter with Neuberger. During the encounter, he allegedly exposed his genitals to the person. The victim left the area and reported the incident.

Police looked into the matter and filed a warrant for Neuberger to be arrested. He turned himself in to police last week. Neuberger is due in court on July 30.
