
A local man was arrested and arraigned in court last week for allegedly threatening a family member.
Timothy Dulac, 43, of Winrow Drive in Merrimack, was arrested at around 6 p.m. on Jan. 19, 2015, and charged with criminal threatening.
According to police, officers were sent to Winrow Drive to investigate a criminal threatening allegation.

When they arrived and spoke to the involved parties, officers learned that Dulac had allegedly made “a direct threat toward a family member.” He later agreed to come down to the police station to be arrested and processed. He was taken into custody without incident, according to police. Dulac was released on personal recognizance bail.
The next day, Dulac was scheduled to appear in Merrimack District Court on the charge.
