A woman allegedly involved in a recent theft at a New Hampshire Liquor Store earlier this month may have been involved in a string of booze thefts across the central and southern part of the state, according to police.

Marion Smith, 38, of Mulberry Street in Nashua, was arrested on Jan. 29, 2015, on a felony conspiracy to commit theft charge.

According to police, officers were sent to the Merrimack liquor store to investigate a theft on Jan. 21, of several bottles of Ciroc Vodka.

Police, according to Lt. Matthew Tarleton, were unable to locate the woman on the day of the incident. But one was later arrested and identified by Concord Police based on a similar complaint.
