Police: Teen Drives Car with Family Member on the Hood
Hannah Paul was arrested last week on charges.

A local teen was charged with reckless conduct and simple assault last week after an incident on Baxter Lane.
Hannah Paul, 17, was arrested on Sept. 7, after police were called to Miriam Road and Baxter Lane for a report of a woman being pulled out of a motor vehicle at around 12:17 p.m.
When officers arrived, they investigated the situation and arrested Paul.

Police allege that Paul “drove a motor vehicle down Baxter Ln. with a family member holding onto the hood of the vehicle after an argument.” She also reportedly struck the family member in the back with her fist.
Paul was held on $2,500 cash bail and arraigned on Sept. 9.
