Resisting Arrest Charges for Florida Women After Merrimack Police Investigation

Two Florida women were arrested on resisting arrest and fraud charges after an investigation conducted by Merrimack police.

Nashua, NH — Two Florida women were arrested in Nashua Thursday on a host of charges following an investigation assisted by Merrimack police.

Tyiesha Davis, 21 (at left), and Shaquella Sykes, 23, committed credit card fraud at the Nashua Santander Bank on Main Street, police said. When officers attempted to stop their vehicle, the pair ran but were eventually arrested, police said.

Davis was charged with resisting arrest, theft, and identity fraud. Sykes was charged with resisting arrest.

Sykes was held on $100,000 bail; Davis was held on $50,000.

Merrimack police assisted in the investigation, police said.
